If there are no real players, you will be matched against AI. Each game, you place your units on your side and opponent will place theirs. Then take your turns to attack each other’s units. Paper War - How to Play

Each turn, you have to launch a missile at your enemy by choosing its launch location. You can do this by selecting a spot on your side using mouse or touch in mobile devices. Then press the launch button at bottom left side of the screen to launch your missile and end your turn. Then your opponent does the same and its your turn again. This process will be repeated until one player destroys all enemy’s units.
